Who we are
As a wholly owned subsidiary of County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, we employ over 800 staff to deliver Estates, Facilities, and Procurement services to eight hospital sites plus community properties and private sector organisations.

Purpose
The Company’s purpose is “to provide high quality, efficient, and professional estates, facilities and procurement services to support County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust and other NHS and non-NHS organisations.”
Working together for patients
