Contract and Performance Team
The SCL Contract and Performance Team provides services to our Clients as well as providing support to our operational teams with an agile and functional approach to Contract Management.
The team are subject matter experts on contractual processes and deliverables and are the conduit between client queries, contract variations, performance reporting, and operational solutions. They produce standardised contract monitoring documents and templates along with relevant SOP’s and LOP’s for robust contract management.
The team provides assurance in collating, reviewing, and submitting KPI evidence along with performance reports supporting data on a monthly basis to remain contractually compliant. They lead contract review meetings and host performance measurement workshops to ensure continued compliance and suitability for all parties.
The Contract and Performance team is key to driving our continuous improvement, they (end to end) manage a qualitative feedback survey process for use companywide, analyse and share data, leading to service improvements in collaboration with our operational teams.
Additionally, the team plays a pivotal role in the management of the Facilities Services CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system to ensure contract compliance and work with the operational teams to ensure continued suitability.
The team manages the Cleanliness Monitoring Officers who conduct regular cleaning audits in compliance with the frequency and criteria of National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness. Their audits provide valuable feedback to the domestic service team to highlight focus areas and produce the data required for our KPI reporting to Clients.
Compliance Team
The SCL Compliance Team work collaboratively within all areas of the Company by collating evidence provided by all services both at a local and National level.
Returns such as PLACE (Patient Led Assessment of the Care Environment) and PAM (Premises Assurance Model) are administered and collated by the Compliance Team.
The DSP Toolkit (Data Security and Protection Toolkit) is a self-assessment tool that allows organisations to measure their performance against the National Data Guardian’s 10 data security standards. Working closely with the CDDFT Information Governance Team we provide the required assurance that the Company is practicing good data security, and that personal information is handled correctly.
The team is responsible for OHF (Operated Healthcare Facility) and Non-OHF Performance, Monitoring, and Assurance Reporting. There reports are an obligation within our contracts with the Trust and monitor performance against KPIs monthly.
