Staff Success Stories

In line with SCL’s succession planning, Lynsey Harrison agreed to take on the role of Junior Project Manager late in 2023.

She started by handling minor responsibilities and providing support, with the intention of eventually managing larger projects in the future.

Thanks to Lynsey’s ambition and drive, she is now on track to successfully deliver her first major project within the agreed budget.

Congratulations to Lynsey, who has continued to excel in her studies, pursuing an APM-accredited degree in project management.
